How a custom order runs

Six steps from first message to boxes at your door. Most groups clear steps 1 to 4 inside a week.

  • 01 · Tell us the brief

    Who the order is for, roughly how many pieces, which garment, and the date you need it by. A WhatsApp message or an email to business@indipeepal.com is enough to start.

  • 02 · Sit down with the design team

    A call or a meeting where we go through your crest, war cry, batch year or club logo, placement, colours and garment options. Bring whatever you have — a photo of a twenty-five-year-old badge works.

  • 03 · Digital proof

    Print-ready mockups on the actual garment colour, for every product and every colourway. Iterations included — we do not move to production without written sign-off.

  • 04 · Quote, terms and go-ahead

    Firm per-piece pricing, size split and delivery date in writing. Under 100 pieces this is a simple quotation and advance. Above 100 pieces, or for institutional and corporate buyers, we sign a short MOU or work against your purchase order.

  • 05 · Physical sample (optional)

    On large runs we ship one finished piece for approval before the batch goes to print. Recommended for reunions and anything with a hard event date.

  • 06 · Production and dispatch

    Full run printed, quality-checked, packed size-wise and dispatched with tracking. Balance settled on dispatch.

Questions groups always ask

What is the minimum order?

50 pieces per design for a group order. You can mix sizes and colours freely within that design. Different designs are counted separately. Smaller quantities and one-offs are available through the store at regular pricing.

Do we need to sign an MOU?

Not for most groups. Between 50 and 100 pieces we work off a written quotation and an advance. For orders above 100 pieces, institutional buyers, corporate teams and anything involving staged deliveries, we sign a short MOU or work against your purchase order — it protects both sides on quantity, pricing, artwork rights and delivery date.

What artwork do you need from us?

Vector is ideal (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). If all you have is a photograph of a crest, an old tee or a scanned letterhead, send it — redrawing it cleanly is part of what we do. For regimental and academy artwork we cross-check against unit records before printing.

How does payment work?

An advance on approval of the proof, balance on dispatch. Institutional and corporate orders can be invoiced against a PO with GST — send your GSTIN to business@indipeepal.com. Bank transfer, UPI and standard online payment all accepted.

How do you handle sizes for a large group?

We send a size chart and a simple sheet for your coordinator to collect names and sizes. Pieces come back packed size-wise, and name-labelled on request — which saves a great deal of chaos on reunion day. We can also ship direct to every member's address from one sheet.

Can you hit a fixed event date?

Yes, if you tell us the date up front. Standard lead time is 10-15 working days from artwork approval; embroidered items and varsity jackets run longer. Work backwards from your event and add a week of buffer.

What can you produce?

Women's variants — polos, oversized tees, skirts and dresses — can be added to any line in coordinated colours.
